3.1 The Chair welcomed the witnesses. Members questioned the witnesses on neonatal services.
Action point
Dr Drayton agreed to write to the Chair with details of neonatal outreach services provided in Wales.
4. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business and for the meeting on 22 February
4.1 Members agreed the motion to exclude the public for the remainder of the business and the meeting on 22 February.
5. Inquiry into Neonatal Care - Consideration of evidence
5.1 Members agreed that further evidence was required on this issue and the Clerk would write to the LHB’s seeking information about neonatal services. It was also agreed that the LHB’s and the Minister for Health and Social Services would be invited into Committee to give evidence at a future date.
